When Public Enemy delivered the land mark song 'Don't Believe the Hype' many of us in the Hip Hop community were made aware of Hip Hop Activist and Media Assassin Harry Allen when Chuck D dropped his name and Allen uttered the phrase 'Don't Belive the Hype'.

Over the years many of us have come to respect and admire his writings.. Harry Allen is one of Hip Hop's first journalist..
Many don't realize this but harry Allen was hip to the internet and its potential before it was called the Internet. In fact it was he who introduced Chuck D and myself to the information highway...

We caught up with Harry Allen at his favorite coffee shop in Harlem as he offered keem insight into the 2004 elections and role Hip Hop played or did not play. He also gives us abreak down as to where we can expect Hip Hop to go in 2005..
