Unlike how you have been incorrectly thought; time itself is a dimension, that is interwoven with matter and the force of gravity, but yet distinct. In our existence in this, the physical dimension we react to time in a linear fashion, however time is not linear in its singular-isolated state. Time is a continuum that resembles a revolving, pulsing oval; it's components not unlike a DNA strand connected at the ends. Our scientist have a theory called string theory. It is close in the concept of matter existing in different spaces, but incorrect in its explanation in what they call space-time. From other dimensions such as the quantum (ether) dimension or the core (heaven) dimension it can be viewed how we view a movie. The angels under the Supreme Being have the power to interact with the time dimension from a superior position. They can change things. Thus nothing truly happens outside of the will of the Supreme Being. At times events are added for just to see purposes and taken out, or things which transpired where decided to not transpire. These actualities while outside of the time continuum still do exist. They are called time ribbons.
